Overview

Reputement is a digital subscription service. We do not sell physical products, so there are no returns or shipping involved.

This policy explains exactly what happens if you want to cancel, what our guarantee covers, and when refunds apply.

We keep this simple and honest — the same way we run everything else.


1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Reputement subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees.

How to cancel: Email us at hello@reputement.com with your business name and the word “Cancel” in the subject line. We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period
  • You keep full access to the platform until that date
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed
  • Your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of your account closing

We do not offer partial-period refunds for unused days remaining in your billing cycle after cancellation — except as described below.


2. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We back our service with a clear, simple guarantee:

Get 30% more reviews in your first 30 days — or we keep working for free until you do.

This means if you complete onboarding, your automations are live, and you do not see at least 30% more reviews after 30 days — we will continue providing the service at no charge until you hit that result.

To qualify for the guarantee:

  • Your business must receive at least 30 customers per month
  • Your Google Business Profile must be active and verified
  • You must have completed our onboarding form fully and accurately
  • Your automations must have been live for the full 30-day period
  • You must not have violated the terms of any connected review platform

To claim the guarantee: Email hello@reputement.com within 7 days of your 30-day mark with your business name and a note that you are claiming the guarantee. We will review your account and respond within 2 business days.


3. When We Issue Refunds

We issue refunds in the following specific situations:

Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon confirmation.

Charge after cancellation: If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund that charge in full.

Service not delivered: If we fail to complete your onboarding setup within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form through no fault of your own, you may request a refund for that month.

Billing error: If any charge was made in error on our end, we will correct it within 5 business days of being notified.

To request a refund under any of these circumstances, email hello@reputement.com within 30 days of the charge with your business name and order details.


4. What We Do Not Refund

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after subscribing
  • You did not use the service during the billing period
  • Your business did not have enough customer traffic to generate reviews
  • Reviews were removed by Google, Facebook, or any other third-party platform
  • You did not complete the onboarding process
  • Results were slower than expected due to factors outside our control such as seasonal business slowdowns

We are transparent about this upfront — Reputement is a multiplier for existing customer traffic. If you are not actively serving customers, the platform cannot generate reviews for you.


5. Additional Location Fees

Additional business locations added to your plan at $59/month follow the same cancellation policy. To remove a location, email us before your next billing date and we will remove it from your next invoice.


6. Messaging Costs

SMS and WhatsApp messaging costs are billed separately at cost. These charges reflect actual usage and are non-refundable once messages have been sent. If you believe a messaging charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
