1. Agreement To Terms
Reputement is a product owned and operated by Itsmazic Media Services Private Limited (“Company”), a registered company with its website at https://itsmazic.com. For legal correspondence, contact dipanshu@itsmazic.com.
By accessing or using Reputement (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at reputement.com or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are a business owner or authorized representative of a business
- Have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions
- Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email when changes are made. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
2. What Reputement Does
Reputement is a reputation management automation platform that helps small businesses:
- Automatically request reviews from customers via SMS, WhatsApp, and email
- Filter and manage negative feedback before it goes public
- Automatically reply to reviews using AI
- Post 4 and 5-star reviews to social media automatically
- Reactivate past customers through automated follow-up campaigns
- Monitor reviews across 20+ platforms from one dashboard
Our services operate primarily through GoHighLevel infrastructure and integrate with third-party review platforms including Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and others.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Subscription Plans
We offer two monthly subscription plans:
- Starter Plan — $97/month: Covers one business location
- Growth Plan — $159/month: Covers one business location with additional features
Additional business locations can be added to any plan at $59/month per location.
3.2 Messaging Costs
SMS and WhatsApp messages sent through our platform are billed separately at cost — approximately $0.01 per message. These charges are billed in addition to your subscription fee and will appear as a separate line item.
3.3 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first signed up
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice by email. Your continued subscription after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
3.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.
4. Free Trial and Promotions
Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at signup. At the end of the trial period your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@reputement.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
5.2 Refund Policy
We operate a results-based guarantee — not a standard refund policy:
30-Day Review Guarantee: If you do not receive at least 30% more reviews in your first 30 days, we will continue to provide the service at no charge until you do.
This guarantee applies when:
- Your business receives at least 30 customers per month
- Your Google Business Profile is active and verified
- You have completed our onboarding process fully
- You have not violated our terms or the terms of any connected review platform
Outside of this guarantee, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at hello@reputement.com.
6. Setup and Onboarding
6.1 Done-For-You Setup
Upon subscribing, you will receive an onboarding form. We will complete your full platform setup within 48 hours of receiving your completed form.
6.2 Your Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of our service, you agree to:
- Complete the onboarding form accurately and promptly
- Provide access to your Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms
- Ensure your business is actively serving customers
- Keep your contact information and business details up to date
We are not responsible for delays or poor results caused by incomplete onboarding information or lack of customer traffic.
7. Review Platform Compliance
By using Reputement, you agree to comply with the terms of service of all connected review platforms. In particular:
- Google strictly prohibits incentivized reviews. We do not offer and you must not offer discounts, gifts, or any reward in exchange for reviews through our platform.
- All review requests sent through our platform must be to genuine customers of your business.
- We do not generate, fabricate, or post fake reviews under any circumstances.
Violation of review platform terms of service is solely your responsibility. We are not liable for any penalties, suspensions, or removal of reviews by third-party platforms resulting from your misuse of our service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Reputement to:
- Send unsolicited messages to people who are not your customers
- Harvest or scrape contact data from any source for use in our platform
- Generate fake or misleading reviews
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
- Violate any applicable law or regulation including data protection and anti-spam laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our platform or automations
- Use our service in any way that damages our reputation or that of connected platforms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we determine is being used in violation of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, workflows, automations, templates, copy, and systems within the Reputement platform are the intellectual property of Itsmazic Media Services Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our platform or its content without our express written permission.
Your business data — including your customer contact lists and review content — remains your property at all times.
10. Data and Privacy
We handle your data and your customers’ data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at reputement.com/legals/privacy-policy. By using our service you agree to our data practices as described in that policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share your customers’ contact information with us for the purpose of sending review requests. This includes compliance with applicable data protection laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, and any other laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Twilio. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that affect our service
- Downtime or errors on third-party platforms
- Reviews being removed or flagged by third-party platforms
- Changes to review platform terms of service
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.
12. Disclaimers
Our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
- A specific number of reviews beyond our stated guarantee terms
- That reviews will not be removed by third-party platforms
- That automated messages will be delivered in all cases
- Uninterrupted or error-free service at all times
Results vary based on your business type, customer volume, industry, and location. Our guarantee is based on percentage improvement — not absolute numbers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itsmazic Media Services Private Limited and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, customers, or business opportunities
- Reviews removed by third-party platforms
- Damages arising from third-party platform outages or policy changes
- Any damages exceeding the total amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Itsmazic Media Services Private Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party review platform terms of service
- Your use of customer contact data without proper authorization
- Any misrepresentation you make to your customers through our platform
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate the terms of any connected review platform
- We determine your use is causing harm to our platform or other users
- Payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period
Upon termination your access to the platform ends immediately. Your customer data will be deleted within 30 days.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.
